AUDIENCE feedback page

I saw the band for the first time at The Borderline last night & they were absolutely mesmerizing. The musicianship was excellent, the band looked happy to be playing the gig & there was just the right amount of banter with the audience to make is seem like a night out with friends.

I am hooked & will definitely be at the the Sutton gig! -
Ian Martin

I watched the band play last night at the Lula Lounge in Toronto. I am still in awe. It has been a long wait but worth it. Please, please, please. keep it up - Brett Kahler, Mississauga, Ontario

Caught Audience at the Hamilton Corktown … We had such a great time… I am going to have to buy a few more House on the Hill albums, my kids keep sneeking off with them. Thanks for signing our tickets and cds - Joe DeVincentis, Stoney Creek, Ontario

We saw both your shows in Winnipeg. They were fantastic. Thank you. Please consider coming back to Winnipeg sometime - Heidi Kroeger & Kevin Edwards

Saw gig on Thursday, March 23rd.... still fuzzn !!!!
Note there were several young people, my guess under the age of 18, that we saw in the line up to get it. Good to see there are people out there and youth, that recognize talent and the unique sound of Audience
- Kim, Winnipeg

Your two nights in Winnipeg were absolutely magical. I was at both shows. You signed everything I had (great t-shirts and hats). You guys were amazing - Rick Orr, Winnipeg, Manitoba

What a great concert…Jackdaw and You're not Smilin' have been ringing through my head all week… a dream come true, a once in a life-time event. The 30 year wait was worth every minute - Andy, Winnipeg

I never realized before how blues based they were… 4 men on stage, like the Generator, sounded like 15… I had to go back for the second night… outstanding, incredibly heart warming, a true love -
in, they were so well received
- M. Michelle Nadon, Toronto

It was an amazing show (Lula Lounge, Toronto), probably one of the best I've seen… Truly a unique sound… Your enthusiasm and abundant skill, on top of a great song selection, made this an evening to remember - Roger Cornfeld, Toronto

I went to their first show (Lula Lounge, Toronto) last night and Messrs. Werth, Williams, Gemmell and brilliant new drummer John Fisher blew the house down. What an incredibly distinctive sound… Werth's one-of-a-kind voice and gut-string guitar, Gemmell's outer-space sax and flute, Trevor Williams' crawling, huge bass and Fisher's distinctive, rolling fills… truly distinctive, original and timeless - Nirvana for this old hippy! - Eric Thom, Toronto

I had been looking forward to seeing you play at the Borderline and I wasn't disappointed, in fact I was blown away. It was a truly memorable evening. Loved the James Brown cover.

Thank you so much for reforming so that I have the choice of going out to see some outstanding psychadelic musicians perform, rather than having to see Oasis or Britney Spears or any of the other talentless abominations of my image obsessed generation
- Kira Terry

Thanks for the great gig at the Herzberg-Festival! Audience were my top-act of the whole affair!. Pity you had to come on so early - Wilfried Barbknecht.

"Just wanted to say three of us went to see Audience in Deal last night and had a wonderful night. What a great gig" - Steven Elves.

"Just to say my twin Bro Dave x I were stage front at the Robin in Bilston last Wednesday to see the Audience gig. Howard's wailing voice and memorable songs were well intact at the Robin after all those years and Keith's psychedelic sax effects and booting horn power blasted away the cobwebs and brought those great songs back to life" - Paul Mortimer.

"Thought I'd just say how much I enjoyed the gig at the Robin 2 in Bilston.... such good music, such good memories and what a joy to see real musical talent performing live! I have never let a week go buy without singing, playing and revelling in one or more of your excellent songs. Long may you live and please don't stop 'til you drop!" - Steve Walder

"Over-analyse all you like, it was a hoot, and you don't get to hear
music like that anywhere. Still sounds original x fresh and raw" - Robin Melville
